Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Wild Bill's Western Store will gladly refund your credit card or exchange any item that meets the following criteria:

  • A Return or Exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns or Exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
  • Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn)
  • It is best to package product in original shipping container.
  • Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • All sales are Final on Sale merchandise.
  • Return shipping is covered by Wild Bill's for damaged/defective items only. 
  • When returning or exchanging a product, please include your receipt, contact information and a short note explaining the reason for the return/exchange.

You may use the carrier of your choice.  We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to insure successful delivery.

Orders over $99 (excluding shipping) will ship UPS ground at no charge*

Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the CONTINENTAL US ONLY.

Orders under $100 we charge a flat rate fee of $9.95

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

UPS Ground is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

We are unable to ship to a PO box.

You must have a valid, physical street address in order for your order to be shipped.

International Orders


We do not ship internationally at this time.

You may upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping methods are only delivered on business days, Monday through Friday,

Damages and Shortages

If your product arrives damaged, or incomplete, you should contact the delivering carrier immediately. Save all packing material for inspection. Damages products must be reported within 72 hours.
