Wild Bill's Western Store Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, Wild Bill’s Western Store will gladly refund your credit card or exchange any item that meets the following guidelines:

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

 

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in as-new condition – unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Boots must be returned or exchanged with unscratched soles and in new condition. (Please try them on carpeted surfaces only.)
  • Include the original sales receipt with your return or exchange.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us first so we can provide a prepaid return label.
  •  For all other returns, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend selecting a trackable and insured shipping method, as Wild Bill’s is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 Please include your receipt, contact information, and a short note explaining the reason for your return or exchange.

Wild Bill’s Western Store Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

  • Orders of $99 or more (excluding shipping) will ship UPS Ground at no charge.
  • Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the Continental U.S. only.

Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $99

  • Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

  • UPS Ground is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

PO Box

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes – a valid physical street address is required.

International Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • Expedited orders are delivered on business days only (Monday–Friday).
  • All orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Damages & Shortages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact the delivery carrier immediately.
  • Be sure to keep all packaging materials for inspection.
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.

Order Processing & Holiday Closures

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Our fulfillment center is closed on the following days:
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • New Year's Eve
    • New Year's Day

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in transit.
