Returns and Exchanges

Wild Bill's Western Store will gladly refund your credit card or exchange any item that meets the following criteria:

  • A Return or Exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns or Exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
  • Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn)
  • It is best to package product in original shipping container.
  • Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • All sales are Final on Sale merchandise.
  • Return shipping is covered by Wild Bill's for damaged/defective items only. 
  • When returning or exchanging a product, please include your receipt, contact information and a short note explaining the reason for the return/exchange.

You may use the carrier of your choice.  We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to insure successful delivery.

International Orders

  • Refund – an international order may be returned for a refund.  Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges – We are not able to provide exchanges for international orders at this time.  The original order can be returned for a refund.  To receive the replacement item, please create a new order online.
