How to Measure & Convert to US Hat Sizes
Step 1: Measure the Head
Use a soft measuring tape.

Place the tape around the widest part of the head.

Position it about ½ inch above the eyebrows and ears, where the hat will naturally sit.

Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.

Record the measurement in inches.
💡 If you do not have a tape measure, wrap a string around the head and measure the string with a ruler.
Step 2: Convert Inches to U.S. Hat Size
